“My romantic journey with olive oil started in
St Maxime in the south of France
while I was at a friend’s villa in the hills.
I decided there and then to get off the merry-go-round after 25 years in
business to do what my heart was telling me.
Since then I have had much pleasure creating my homemade infused oils, and
wanted others to experience the divine flavours.
Using fresh herbs from my garden I make a Lemon oil, a Garlic oil and a Chilli
oil. I also make fresh truffle oil using
generous shavings of real truffle in each bottle. The truffles are sent to me
direct from Italy
within hours of being hunted to ensure absolute freshness.
Then there is liquid gold: 23ct gold flakes added which glisten and
sparkle when shaken. Opulent and luxurious.
All the oils are prepared at home in my small deco kitchen and the labels
written by hand.
The olive oil is from a family run estate in Greece. I only work with the first
cold pressing virgin oil. The colour is of green meadows bathed in early
morning sunshine, the taste is smooth, gentle, rich and sublime.
My oil is now my passion in life. I hope
